Hi and thanks so much for dropping by. The Greenfield Park Gazette is owned and edited by Bruce Hollingdrake. Bruce is continuing a 90 year tradition of Hollingdrake merchants in Greenfield Park that started with his Great Grandfather’s butcher on Springfield. The shop migrated over to Churchill where it spent most of its days.

We’re hoping to provide citizens and ex-pats with all sorts of news, events, trips down memory lane and plenty of user provided stories. If there is anything you would like to see on the blog or have an important event coming up just send an email to editor@greenfieldparkgazette.com.

So from the past to the present. Here is Bruce’s shop today. It’s on Victoria right across the street from Provigo and has over 8 000 great books as well as terrific cappuccino and hot chocolates.
